Not only that, CC, but 24+ hours can pass without a single post. *listens to the breeze blowing through the empty alleys of the Aventine* *pulls stolla more tightly around my shoulders* *looks nervously at the empty vending stalls* *quickens my pace as I seek the safety of crowds* Nomad -- "Hello, ladies." What the f*ck happened around here? I thought the colors on my screen screwed up. And only 4 pages of 25 threads each?!?!? Don't make us black & blue, HBO! EDIT: OMG, Caesar's gone. -- -- love Caesar; do bad things with him© -- Edited by CiaranCaesar at 08/23/2008 5:21 PM PDT

I think I'm about the only woman I know that didn't find Furio hot. And I only like the 'Criminal Intent' episodes with Chris Noth. That other guy bugs the shit outta me - sheesh, he knows everything about everything - very annoying. -- --- --- Open Chat Room WARNING: Talk can become a bit *ahem* raunchy Thurs 10:30pm EST; Sat 10:30pm EST; Sun 3pm EST (or can be used whenever a group wants to gather) http://www.scbg.net

You're probably aware of this, ladies and gents, but just in case... The price of the Rome Season I DVD set on Amazon has gone down from 60-something bucks to 30-something. You can also download an entire season (1 or 2) onto your iPod from iTunes, for about 29.99 per season, 2.99 per episode. If you can stand watching "Rome" on that teeny tiny screen, that is. *polishes magnifying glass*

It sounds like something's afoot. I just read a bunch of the discussion over there. Basically some profanity filled fights on other forums forced the HBO mods to institute stricter rules on profanity, universally. And also, anyone who posts a link to anything "inappropriate" (even if it Rome/HBO related) will have their post deleted. I know this happened to someone on Polly's thread a couple days ago and apparently it will always be this way going forward. So the question is Atia; does what we do in your Villa count as profane?
